01 - How do I pledge for one or more decks?
You're not actually "purchasing" a deck; you're supporting a project with "rewards" that will be produced thanks to your contribution. Choose a reward tier, pledge the indicated amount, and Kickstarter will only charge your card if the project reaches its funding goal.

During the Kickstarter campaign, several exclusive offers will be available:

03 - When will I receive my rewards?
Shipments are estimated to begin in November 2025. As a precaution, we generally estimate a waiting time of 5 to 6 months. Delays due to external factors may occur, but we will keep you consistently updated.
04 - Where will the card deck be produced?
Our intention is to produce the decks in China with WJPC, renowned for their production quality. However, the current geopolitical situation and customs tariffs may influence our final decision.
05 - How will rewards be distributed?
Production will be divided: part will be sent to the CalamoVe logistics center for Italian shipments, and the rest to Gambler's Warehouse in the United States for international shipments.
06 - Why are some items Italy-exclusive?
As a first-time Kickstarter creator, my goal is to make everyone happy. To keep costs down for my backers, certain products will be limited to Italy. Since 90% of my supporters are expected to be from Italy, it's more efficient to produce and ship items like t-shirts and booklets locally.

07 - What type of card stock will be used?
The decks will be produced by WJPC with casino-grade standards:
• 310gsm black core triple-layer card stock.
• Offset printing (Heidelberg).
• Linen finish with smooth, glossy varnish.

08 - How does international shipping work?
We ship worldwide. Backers outside the European Union may be subject to additional costs, such as VAT or customs duties, depending on their country's regulations. These additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the reward price or shipping fees indicated during the Kickstarter campaign.
For countries within the European Community, we will evaluate intra-community shipping channels. The choice of logistics partner will depend on their ability to offer efficient and transparent service.

09 - How does shipping within Italy work?
Domestic shipments will be handled by courier, with a tracking number provided to the recipient. It is the recipient's responsibility to track their shipment. For any domestic delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect shipping addresses.
10 - I've changed my mind; how can I modify my pledge?
You can modify your pledge anytime before the campaign ends. Go to the Kickstarter page and click "Manage your pledge." However, some items are limited, so we recommend not waiting until the last day.
